Went to LOTR exhibition with chin, jane, xq, kar and kevin.
Was slightly disappointed with the scale of the exhibition.
And the store was worse. Either the goods were too ex, eg the beautiful Evenstar was a whooping 140 bucks, or that they were rather useless, like jigsaw books.
They didn't allow camera in the exhibition(obviously), what a bummer.
The 6 of us took 2 shots with the "forced perspective" trick, which was how the crew pulled off the Gandalf-Frodo scene in the carriage. We looked kinda retarded though.
After that was lunch at Pizza Hut.
We had the Hut's Party Fiesta, which included 2 regular Pan pizzas, 2 pitchers of coke, 2 baked pastas/rice, 6 salads/soups, 6 breadsticks and a plate of seafood rings.
Really scary how the 5 of us can finish everything.
Then we went to the arcade to play ice hockey.
There were 2 guys that were playing so furiously. It was so hilarious.
They played like it was a life or death battle. Jane was roaring with laughter.
Went to K Box at cineleisure. They had a promotion where it was only 28+++ for 4 pax.
And we could sing from 7-3am. So happy. :)
Today the only good thing was that Naruto Espisode 85 is FINALLY out. Yay.
Oh ya and i managed to catch Friends today. FINALLY. Phew.
Boring. This is so boring.
There's nothing for me to do online.
No regular MSN pals to talk to, no Naruto episode 85 to download.
Went for a swim with Mum just now.
Managed 15 laps after almost 6 weeks of no swimming.
I need to build up on my stamina.
After that was sinful...
Frog leg porridge, oyster omelete and durian at Geylang. *yum*
Luckily, I need to sleep early today so as to wake up for the LOTR exhibition tomorrow.
Or else I'll literally rot right now.

Seems like all the hits generated by the hit counter were all by me, either when I come here to take a look or when I refresh to check if the settings have been changed.

Dance class was boring.
We did hip hop, but the instructor was a replacement and doesn't know how to teach properly.
And even though I bandaged my little toe meticulously, the crack increased!
Oh gosh, the nail is like gonna fall off anytime. ><

I wasn't that particularly excited after watching the film.
I dunno why. It somehow didn't capture me.
But I'm definitely interested in finding out more about Homer's "The Iliad".
I'm always those who enjoy the book more than the movie. Bah.
And I bought a new book on Egypt. Yay.
Cos Carrie's friend works there so got it on 30% staff discount.
It's so worth it for 28 bucks. :) *psst psst, jane*
But the bummer was that my toe nail cracked.
And it's not just an ordinary crack. The whole nail is almost coming off!
Darn... it's so painful.
I got so paranoid the whole day, thinking everyone's gonna step on my little toe.
How am I gonna go for dance class? And swimming?
Oh double darn. Really should go get the Sally Hansen's strengthener soon.
And I'll definitely be bandaging up my whole toe. So freaking retarded.
I've transferred all the entries written in 2004 from easyjournal.
One problem with this layout is that I can't post images, cos most of them are pretty big and can't be displayed.
I'll see what I can do... maybe try tinkering around with the frame size.
Went for kickboxing just now.
Woah. It was really hectic, I almost wanted to give up after the warm ups.
Cos most of the students are regulars so the instructor did the hard stuff.
I should have just lied that I'm a first-timer.
Something I learned:
Never slack in your excercise routine midway or else you won't be able to catch up.
I've added more stuff and kinda officially bid easyjournal goodbye.

Third, the dance class today was Salsa. :) We were in luck. It was supposed to be Hip Hop.
So fun, and finally some excercise.
Fourth, I found a comic book store in Marine Parade.
Yay, the best thing is that after you're a member, the rental fee per book is only $1. What's more the yearly membership fee is only $8. What a great deal. And I borrowed Naruto volumes 17-20. How convenient. :)
Fifth, Naruto Episode 84 is out!!! Haha. Can resume watching again. :)
And yet another bonus was that Kar managed to help me print out the picture of Kakashi Plush. I wanted to use it as a reference. This is a good sign, I thought since I had no black ink and no one else seems to have a functioning printer, I had no fate with the plush.
But hey, it's all good now. :)

I'm at the Busan domestic airport waiting for my flight to jeju.
It's being problems galore for me so far.
1) Language
I totally do not understand what the locals are saying. It seems like in Lost in Translation. You get lost in the city.
2) Food
The guide says that Koreans do not emphasize on food. So the food here kinda taste weird. And i don't like Kimchi. yucks. We've been eating the same stuff over and over again. I'll rather have macs anytime man.
3) Long travelling distance
Aiyo, we've been sitting in the bus for more hrs den i can count sightseeing. v sian. and i keep sleeping in the bus. my butt is gonna grow fatter at this rate. ><
ok i gotta go check in. i'll try to sign in if i can.
or else i'll just do a major update when i'm back.

Now i'm in Jeju.
And it's a nice place, the weather is cooling and just nice for me. And the first meal here was not bad too. well much better den some of the food we've eaten earlier.
Just went to the underground shopping arcade. There isnt much stuff to buy over here. The fashion here looks rather outdated. So i can only look forward to Seoul for my shopping fun. The fruits here are nice though. V cheap and fresh.
And the have ESPN here. Haha hopefully the dinner time here dn clash with the man utd match later. Yay. I can catch the match after all. Hope i won't jinx the match again.
In another 8 hrs time, I'll be flying off to Korea.
To the Land of the Morning Calm.
I don't know why but I just don't seem to be looking forward much to the trip now.
Maybe because I have things I wanna do here in Singapore.
And recently with the many things that has happened, the fire, the naruto obssession, the uni application problem, the money problem and the endless arguments of my parents, my heart doesn't seem to have settled down enough in preparation for the trip.
I just hope everything will turn out fine.
So a temporarily farewell to all my friends.
Yeah I know you guys have requested me to buy this and that. But don't say I didn't warn you, there are no promises. Since you guys didn't give me any money beforehand to buy, and I only have a pathetic 200SG dollars to spend. So don't have your hopes too high.

• Fire at Haig Rd market destroys some 20 stalls; none injured
SINGAPORE : A fire broke out on Sunday at a second-floor office at Fu Yuen Building, which is situated at the junction of Beach Road and Middle Road.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force received a call about the fire at about 7am.
Two fire engines, two fire bikes and a support vehicle were despatched.
When officers reached the scene , they managed to contain the fire within 6 minutes.
No one was injured in the incident.
Investigations are underway to find out the cause of the fire. - CNA

Well, we were watching episodes of Naruto late into the night, till around 4am. (don't think my speech about being the advocate of Narutoism is just for show)
The fire alarm sounded at around 630am.
I couldn't really remembered what happened cos I was still drowsy with sleep. I even thought, at one time, that the fire alarm was just part of my dream. Woohoo~ Imagine the consequences of that.
My Dad woke us up. And I just grabbed my HP and wallet.
I didn't even know what to take!?
2 SCDF motorcycles arrived. Initially I thought the fire was just ultra small fry since no fire trunks were dispatched and the only thing I saw was smoke, until 3 fire trunks came! Aha, the fourth one came after the fire was put out.
All the backpackers were already down with their packs and properly dressed(there were a few cute guys, hehe.) I felt like such a moron with my PJs and my uncleansed mouth.
The fire, at one time, got so strong until it almost spread to the 3rd storey. Really scary. It caused something like a mini explosion where the window glass cracked.
Also after the fire was put out, about 10 minutes later sparks were seen and a fire broke out again. But that one didn't remain alive for long.
I was hoping some TV news crew would come interview us.
Aha, it'll be quite cool to even just appear on national TV with my pathetic looks.
The police and SCDF made us gather.
And after almost 80 mins when I first made my way down, they allowed us to go back up.
One major problem was that my parents forgot to close the window, and the smoke was everywhere!
We had soot EVERYWHERE. Even in my nostrils. So all my nose fluid turned black! How gross could that get?
Things calmed down after that.
I only got a pathetic 3 hr sleep. Plus the previous night's 4 hrs, it didn't reach the minimum hrs a person should rest in 1 night, let alone mention 2 nights.
Just as I thought I could catch an eye's wink for a grateful one hr, and just when I gradually lapsed into sleep....
HECK the fire alarm rang!!!
And yeah who wouldn't be scared to hell after the morning's ordeal? So I freaked myself to death and freaked her out too. And after 3 minutes, it stopped. No sign of smoke anywhere.
And yeah I couldn't get to sleep anymore. O_O
What a day.
But that was some experience I've gotten.
Rather exciting though. :)

And you would have guessed it, I've been watching anime almost 24/7. Or you could say I live to watch anime.
Here's an example:
12pm: Rise and shine. (I know I'm an ultra lazy bum^^)
2pm: Switch on PC and start Naruto Download.
7pm: eat dinner
11pm: surf for Naruto sites, chat on MSN, re-watch Hana Yori Dango
4am: Stop Download. Watch downloaded episodes.
5am: Sleep
12pm: Watch Naruto.
Blah blah...
Yeah that's a rough idea. Boring ah?
