Janey stayed over to watch Naruto, though she had work this morning.

We were looking at our JC photos. That sure brought back lots of memories.
And most importantly, the devastating fact that we've all grown fat these 6 months.

OFF to an excercise regime.
My Flash Fitness membership is expiring, and I've only attended 4 out of 12 lessons.
A timely opportunity to utilize all those lessons.
Chin and Kar are ON for swimming too. Yay.
Looking forward to be drenched in chlorine.
